Preparation for the stay
Important information when preparing your pet's stay!

Dry or wet food
We recommend that you bring your dog's usual food to avoid digestive problems. Be sure to store dry food in an airtight, resealable container. Allow extra in case travel plans change. In the event of refusal to eat or diarrhea, we reserve the right to adjust the dog's diet, fees may apply.

Treats, toys or chews
You can provide treats that we will distribute during breaks. We also accept chewing objects (bones, nylon bones, Kong, interactive games). However, we reserve the right to assess the safety of toys and remove them if they are deemed unsafe. No toys or bones will be provided by our establishment. Fabric and plush toys are prohibited to avoid the risk of tearing and health problems. Des Pins Toilettage et Pension disclaims all liability in the event of damage to toys provided by the owners.

Natural food
Raw food should be packaged in resealable Ziploc bags. Allow extra in case travel plans change. It will be stored in a dedicated freezer, requiring a portion and clear identification of the bags. There is no additional charge for natural diet management, but adjustments can be made for food refusal or diarrhea, with fees applicable.

Other important information
Avoid bringing breakable items like glass. Bowls are provided by the establishment. Beds are provided but you can bring a blanket or cushion for added comfort. All dogs must wear a flat collar for safety reasons. Make sure your dog's vaccinations are up to date, bringing necessary records upon admission.

Allergies and medications
Report your dog's allergies upon admission, as well as protocols to follow in the event of a reaction. For food allergies, bring your dog's usual food and treats. Leave us the medications needed to manage allergies. There will be a charge for seizures or daily medication use. Bring medications with the prescription in their original packaging, with clear instructions.
